Batch Commits Gifts Even though there are Exceptions

When committing a batch, exceptions will show after the batch has been committed on the batch commit control report, however the exception is invalid and the gifts post to the constituent's record anyway.

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Login to RE
2.  Click on Batch from left side toolbar
3.  Click on New Gift Batch
4.  Go to the Fields tab and include both Appeal and Package as fields and click Data Entry
5.  Add any random constituent to the fields and include an appeal and one of its associated packages.
6.  Hit the commit button
7.  Check the box for Validate batch before committing and click Commit Now.
8.  On the validation screen, notice there are no exceptions
9.  On the commit batch report that pops up, notice there is one exception for Package not being associated with the appeal.
10.  This exception occurs even though the package is associated with the appeal
11.  Open the constituent's record and notice the gift still committed to their record.
