You can reactivate a deactivated account by going to Manage Families under the Families tab. 
  1. Under Filters, change the Family Status filter to Deactivated
  2. Check the box next the the family name(s) you would like to reactivate
  3. Click the blue Select Action box and choose Activate Families
  4. Enter a reason in the pop up box and click Submit

Please be sure to update the following:

  1. Student's grade
  2. Turn on the follow up service
  3. Add a payment method - Mail-in or Automatic Debit                                                                                                 - if the family was on automatic debit, you or the family will need to enter the bank information again.
