If a student's grade was entered incorrectly or if it was changed, you have the ability to make the adjustment, quickly and easily and it will take effect immediately. There is no need to contact Blackbaud Smart Tuition.
  1. Go to the family's account
  2. Hover your mouse over the blue box on the left and select Update Parent & Student Info
  3. Under the student's name on the right, click on the current grade
  4. Select the applicable grade
  5. Enter a reason and click Next
  6. Review all the information is correct, then click Save
Note: It is possible to change the grade level of a deactivated student. To do this. you will:
  1. Go into Manage families 
  2. Change the Family Status to Deactivated 
  3. Locate the account with the student and Click on the family name 
  4. Upon entering the Family's Main page, Hover on the Side Blue Menu and Click Family Account Summary
  5. Select Student Information 
  6. Locate the Grade Button to the far right and Select the new grade 
  7. Save changes
