1. Once on the family's account, hover over the Families tab.
  2. Select Welcome Email & Invoice Settings from the drop-down menu. 
  3. From this page, you will see a section titled Welcome Letter and Invoice Activity Log where you will see if a Welcome Letter has been generated and the date it was sent.
  4. To resend a Welcome Letter you will go to the Welcome Email and Invoice section and click Resend Welcome Email.
