What is the FAFRegistrant node in Constituents Query?

In Constituent query, in the left hand column Browse for Fields in, there is a node called FAFReigstrant under Event speaker.  What is this for?
The FAFRegistrant node and fields are part of a Blackbaud product that is offered on the same core platform that Altru uses, but they are not used for Altru functionality.

Instead, use the Registrant node in Constituent query if you need Registrant information.
