Check your AVS settings. Some international banks do not participate in AVS checks and this can cause an error when trying to process the card. To check those settings: 
  1. Go to Revenue Blackbaud Payment Service Merchant Accounts
  2. Choose your live payment service provider (BBMS or Cybersource) and click Edit
  3. On AVS level, select Light or None
NOTE: We recommend Light if you still want to use AVS settings as it will give you the same security level as Medium but make allowances for banks that do not participate.
