When a school makes a decision to accept are decline a candidate they may not want this information to show to the parents right away. This information can be hidden until the the school would like for it to be displayed.
Follow the steps below to hide the school decisions from candidates and parents.
1. Go to onBoard > People Finder. 2. Search for the candidate who should not be able to view the decision. 3. Select the Checklist Tab 4. Edit the Decision.
5. Adjust the publish date to reflect the date that parents and candidates should be able to review the decision.
6. Save and Exit
When the candidate or parent logs in and goes to the Decision tab they will see the following.
