To remove Price Options in NetCommunity after maximum number of tickets have been purchased:
  1. Navigate to the Event Registration page
  2. Edit the Event Registration Form part
  3. Under Add events, click to add
  4. Under Event price options, unmark any that are no longer available
  5. Click Save to update Event configuration
  6. Click Save to update Event Registration part
When viewing the Event Registration page, only the options that are still available will appear.

To utilize separate events for each Price Option:
  1. Create the event(s) in The Raiser’s Edge
  2. Return to NetCommunity 
  3. Navigate to (or create) the Even Registration page
  4. Edit (or create) the Event Registration Form part
  5. Under Add events, click to add
  6. Fill out the appropriate fields, then click Save to update Event configuration
  7. Continue to add events until complete
  8. Click Save to update Event Registration part
When viewing the Event Registration page, multiple events will show. Once the capacity has been reached for a particular "event," it will appear sold out.
