Constituent search in NXT Web View is not bringing up any results or does not appear to search

When I type in names in the RE NXT Web View to bring up records, it does not search records. Searching brings up no results and it looks like it doesn't try to search. How can I get the search to show results?
Review each of the following attempting a search after each step:
  1. If on a mobile device, switch to a Wi-Fi Internet connection instead of cellular data connection. If on a desktop or laptop computer, switch to a wired Internet connection instead of a Wi-Fi or hotspot connection.
  2. If possible, switch to another Internet connection. (This can include switching to a cellular data / hotspot if available to see if that helps.)
  3. Close other applications that may be running.
  4. Use a different Internet browser.
  5. Reboot the device / workstation.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into the RE NXT Web View
  2. Type a search term in the top constituent search
  3. Press Enter or Return (if needed)
  4. The Web View does not bring up suggested results and appears to not search
