When running the Luminate Online Sync process in BBCRM, you might notice that some donations with the error, "Please enter a valid ‘Sender email’" in the Sync History Detail tab are not downloading. This error is caused by the an invalid recognition.senderemail on the transactions in LO which cannot be edited on the front end of LO. This happens when donors put anything other than an email address in the Recipient email addresses field, like a physical address for example. Changing the value to invalid recognition.senderemail value to null will allow the records to download successfully.
To fix this issue, please create a Luminate Online support case, provide the transaction IDs for the records having this issue, and reference this Knowledgebase article.
