If Attendance Managers see "0 Results" when clicking on Unrecorded Sections from the Attendance Dashboard then the access for Attendance Managers on the Schedule Sets is most likely not setup. 

Once the Schedule Sets are published to Attendance Managers they will be able to see the correct number of unrecorded sections from the Dashboard.

To add access: 
  1. Navigate to Academics > Scheduling > Scheduling Setup Schedule sets
  2. Filter for the appropriate Year, Group Type, and School Level
  3. Click the Pencil icon to the right of the appropriate Schedule Set and add a date to the Attendance Manager field 
  4. Select Save & Close 
  5. Repeat this for all schedule sets used for recording attendance
