The Smart Admin Fee is billed in the first month of the plan, if you are assessing the charge to your families. In order to bill the fee in another month, you will need to contact Blackbaud Smart Tuition support to move the charge.

Keep in mind that we will withhold the Smart Admin Fee with the first remittance for the family, regardless when the fee is billed.
