To correct this, please do the following
1. Navigate to any Constituent record
2. Go to the Relationship tab
3. Right click in the white space where the relationship details are listed
4. Select columns
5. Remove all columns but Name  (note the columns already listed, you can put them back once resolved)
6. Save and close the Constituent record
7. Open the Constituent record and go to the Relationship tab

You can now open the relationships
**If desired, right click in the white space and select columns and place the columns back that were removed in Step 5 above
