Transaction still showing as unmapped after running update process

There are unmapped transactions posted and after updating unmapped transactions it isn't updating on the transaction to remove those unmapped lines.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Revenue > Transaction search
  2. Search for transaction
  3. Click the GL Distributions tab
  4. Note the unmapped transactions, some posted, some unposted 
  5. Go to Financials > GL Setup > Define Transaction Mappings
  6. Go to the appropriate office and mapping tab
  7. Note the transaction type is mapped correctly
