Constituencies that are marked inactive still appear on constituent records

Constituencies that are marked inactive are still appearing on constituent records.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into BBCRM.
2. Navigate to the Constituents functional area.
3. Click on Constituencies under the configurations area.
4. Click on the down chevron on any constituency listed.
5. Click the mark inactive button.
6. Go to the constituent functional area.
7. Click constituent search.
8. Use the constituency filter to selection the option you made inactive.
9. Select any constituent form the list, that you filtered on.
10. Note that the constituent record still has the Constituency appearing on the record.
