Interactions count discrepancy between Interactions tab and Interactions Summary Tile

When reviewing Interactions on a constituent record, one may notice the Interaction count on the Interaction tab and the Interaction Summary Tile do not match.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1.   Navigate to the constituent record in question.
2.   On the constituent record, click the Documentation and Interactions tab > Interactions subtab.
3.   Make note of the Interactions count on the subtab. 
4.   Look at the Documentation and Interactions Summary Tile at the top of the page. See the Interactions count there does not match that on the Interatctions subtab.
