After moving from being self-hosted to hosted on HostNet the scheduled FIMS CRM sync and the manual FIMS CRM sync no longer work.
This issue has been resolved. It was caused by an incorrect password for the user name for the scheduled task.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Initiate a manual sync by going to Tools\System Utilities\FIMS CRM\Sync to FIMS CRM to run the manual sync and wait for it to say CRM sync to completed. 2. Note the message "The Sync was not Successful" 3. Wait for the scheduled FIMS to CRM task to run on the server and see in the Sync History Statistics located in Tools\System Utilities\FIMS CRM that none of the syncs were successful.
