For Emails

  1. Go to Marketing and Communications > Packages
  2. Click the dropdown arrows on the package you would like to edit, then click Edit
  3. Click the pencil icon next to Message 
  4. Edit the content of your message and click Save

For Letters

  1. Go to Marketing and Communications > Packages
  2. Click the dropdown arrows on the package you would like to edit, then click Edit
  3. Click the pencil icon next to Letter
  4. Upload your corrected letter in Word format
  5. Click Save
