Unable to copy BBIS email.

The copy button on an email sent out of BBIS, is not appearing on the message. The email list was created in BBIS.
This occurs when the template on which the message is based is deleted.  You cannot create a new email messaged based on a deleted template, so you also cannot copy messages based on deleted templates.  
 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Login to BBIS.
2. Go to the email functional area.
3. Click Messages.
4. Locate the effected message.
5. Note there is no copy button.
