All email reports show zero hard failures

When viewing any email report in Sphere, there are always zero hard failures even though it can be confirmed some addresses should have failed.
This was resolved with an update to Sphere on January 18, 2018. Subseqent emails will accurately report hard failures after this date. For emails sent prior to this date, you will need to update the report to see the correct number of hard failures.
