This error can have a number of causes when mapping data from Luminate to Raiser's Edge. Users should attempt the following troubleshooting steps to resolve:

Review the country and currency of the donation. In Raiser's Edge navigate to Configuration>International and confirm the Country record is correctly configured including the address and currency


If this error occurs when processing gifts into a Raiser's Edge default or template batch, attempt to process transactions into a new batch with no defaults.
