Users of GIFTS Online are primarily located in Canada and the United States, where the standard date format displays as MM/DD/YYYY. In some rare circumstances, users may see the dates "flip" so that it shows as DD/MM/YYYY. This is how European users see dates as this is their format. Knowing this points us in the right direction toward an answer.
If the dates on your reports and requests display as DD/MM/YYYY, chances are your browser is using another Language, most likely English [en-gb]
[en-gb] is short for English-Great Britain, meaning that date formats will match up with British formatting, which is DD/MM/YYYY.
To switch this back to US/Canada English, we advise following the steps in this article to add English [en-us]. Be sure to click Move Up once it is added to move it to the top so it serves as your default browser language.
