FIMS does not Launch from HostNet

After logging into HostNet and clicking on the icon to launch FIMS, the start window opens but the progress bar does not progress and eventually closes and FIMS does not open. This appears to be user specific.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release or patch.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into HostNet, the user is able to get into the Host*Net site without any errors
  2. Click on the FIMS icon the launch.ica file downloads as normal
  3. Try to launch the file, see the “Start” window, however the green progress bar does not progress
  4. You are able to isolate this to JUST the user account
  • The user has the issue no matter what machine they try to sign into
  • Other users can sign into that clients workstation without any issue
      5. When uninstalling and reinstalling Citrix the issue continues
