Payment is missing from register side of Match and Clear Transactions in FE NXT webview

When matching transactions in the FE NXT webview bank feed, a payment may be missing from the right hand register side of the Match and Clear Transactions window. The payment does show in the bank side on the left.
Ensure the transaction is not already matched to another transaction:

1. Go to Treasury > Bank Accounts > Bank Register > Select the bank > Open Bank Feed
2. Click the filter icon
3. Check the 'Outstanding' box and leave as show all under 'Register status'
4. Apply filters
5. A match would show up in red. If it was matched incorrectly, check the box and select to unmatch on the bottom

In the event that a match was already incorrectly created and reconciled and the item therefore no longer shows up to be reconciled because it's no longer an outstanding transaction, it's possible to ignore the item from the bank feed so it won't show for matching again.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Treasury > Bank Accounts > Bank Register > [Bank Name] > Click 3 dots and select Open Bank Feed
2. Click here to View and Match at the top
3. Notice check for 1/17/2018 > Check is on the left but not on the right to match up
