When downloading transactions, users can choose this option after a constituent record is linked in the plug-in: 
  1. Highlight the transaction and confirm the constituent is linked (if not, click Find constituent to search and select a record to Link the transaction)
  2. Click Edit Profile under the Constituent Linking section

  1. In the Web Form Transaction window, select the option at the bottom to 'Add the downloaded information as a new address for this constituent'
    • Note: Update the preferred address with the downloaded information is selected by default

  1. Mark the checkbox Make this new address the preferred address and select from the drop-down the Previous address type.
  2. Click Save and Close
  3. Click Process Transaction to process the one transaction and keep the changes selected
