I need to have two accounts, one for each parent, for the same student. How can we make that happen?
There may be times when two accounts are needed for one student or an account needs to be split. The best way to open a new account is to have the family member enroll online at enrollwithsmart.com. Once the account is created, you can update the tuition and other billing items, then activate the account. Payments on one account can be transferred, if needed. You will need to contact Blackbaud Smart Tuition for this request. Please have the Smart Family IDs for both accounts.
