Having special characters (!,@,#,$) in the name of a scheduled program or scheduled program event can cause an error when selling tickets. You will need to remove the special characters from the program and event name to be able to complete a ticket order without error.
  1. Go to Events > Program Search
  2. Search for and open the program record that contains the special characters
  3. In the Tasks section towards the top left of the page, click Edit Program
  4. Remove the special characters from the name and Save
  5. Select the Event List tab
  6. Click the drop-down arrows next to any events with special characters in the name and click Edit
  7. Remove the special characters from the name and Save
