1. Navigate to Communications and the desired category.
  2. Click on the name of an existing template, or click New Email or Document Template under Tasks.
  3. Navigate to Step 3 Edit in the template.
  4. Click on the template section of the Entry List widget and then double click on the widget to open it. Or if the Entry List widget is not present, then click on the section/location where it needs to appear. Click on Insert Letter Widget button (second row, last button). In the new window, click Select beside Entry List.
  5. Click on the Options tab.
  6. Below the tab, set Show Totals to Yes.
  7. Click Insert.
  8. Click Update.
  9. Set Step 4 to Save and Finish.
  10. Click Next to save the updates.
