When applicants navigate to form pages, they are met most often with a login screen or - in some cases - they are taken right to the first page of the form depending on how the form is set up. We have received reports today, 1/24/2018, where these same applicants are going to open these online forms and they are now met with the error below:
[DatabaseOpen] Error #-2147467259 [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified
Since this is highly unusual, we are taking steps to resolve this behavior presently.
If your applicants report this error when they try to access or open online application forms, please contact Blackbaud Customer Support at 877-704-3343 between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST or create a case through Case Central. Please provide the specific site that your users are navigating to so that we can work to reproduce the issue. Please also let us know if the behavior is consistent or sporadic and we will move the case forward with these details.
UPDATE: As of earlier today, 1/24/2018, this issue was resolved. If you experience the error, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist further.
