This error occurs when there are no records pulling into the renewal process. Please check each of the below items until the issue is resolved.

Step #1: Confirm records are pulling into the selection being used.
  1. Navigate to Marketing and Communications > Membership renewal efforts
  2. Click Templates tab, then select your Membership renewal effort template
  3. From the Membership Rules tab, click drop down next to Segment and select Edit
  4. Next to Segment, click the Pencil icon
  5. Click on Selection (not Mailing Preference) and select Edit
  6. Click Results tab to Preview results
  7. If no records are found, click the Parameters tab to edit your criteria for who is pulled into the selection.
  8. If records are found, proceed to Step #2

Step #2: Confirm there are no exclusions.
  1. Navigate to Marketing and Communications > Membership renewal efforts
  2. Click Templates tab, then select your Membership renewal effort template
  3. Click Exclusions tab
  4. If there is a selection listed here, click drop down next to selection and Delete
