Error: "Could not download transaction with ID "X". The error was: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." - when downloading a zero dollar membership transaction from BBIS to CRM.

When using a Membership Dues batch linked with BBIS to allow constituents to purchase memberships. If the membership has multiple levels, one of which being free ($0). Users have found that when you try and download the batch from the Web Transactions functional area, the batch with the zero dollar transaction will fail with the following error: "Could not download transaction with ID "X". The error was: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to the Membership form. (Ensure that the membership contains a zero dollar membership level.) 
2. Select the "Free - zero dollar" membership.
3. Click "Add to cart". 
4. Fill in all appropriate information and submit the transaction. 
5. Navigate to the Web Transaction functional area and download the existing membership transactions. (note that batch assignment settings is linked to the "Membership Dues Batch" batch template. 
6. Notice that the membership transaction failed and can be found under the failed transactions tab. The transaction failed with the error: "Could not download transaction with ID "X". The error was: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
