Typically this happens if the parent completed one contract for one child and have a second child this isn't working for. When this happens, a manager will need to go to:
  1. onBoard > People Finder - search the child whose contract went through without error
  2. Select the Contact Card tab
  3. Scroll down to Relationships and click Manage Relationships
  4. Make note of the parents that have Responsible Signer marked

Next, go to the contact card of the child we're receiving the error for under:
  1. onBoard > People Finder - search the child whose contract threw the error
  2. Select the Contact Card tab
  3. Scroll down to Relationships and click Manage Relationships
  4. Make sure the same parents are marked as Responsible Signer
