Typically this happens if the parent completed one contract for one child and have a second child this isn't working for. When this happens, a manager will need to:
  1. Navigate to Enrollment Management > People Finder
  2. Search for the child whose contract went through without error
  3. Select the Contact Card tab
  4. Scroll down to Relationships and click Manage Relationships
  5. Make note of the parents that have Responsible Signer marked

Next, we will need to ensure that the same Relationships are marked as Responsible Signer on the contact card of the child we're receiving the error for under:
  1. Navigate to Enrollment Management > People Finder
  2. Search for the child whose contract returned the error
  3. Select the Contact Card tab
  4. Scroll down to Relationships and click Manage Relationships
  5. Make sure the same parents are marked as Responsible Signer
