NXT web view lists the Primary Constituent Code as the first code listed on a record's Bio2 or Org2 tab.
  • Web view respects the dates listed (i.e., the Date From and Date To of a Constituent Code), but if the record does not have a constituent code that is current, NXT web view will pick the first one that shows up on the record in database view regardless of the dates.
  • If the constituent has multiple current constituent codes, NXT web view picks up the first one that shows up on the record in database view.
Note: It may also take a couple hours to update reports after constituent code data is changed in RE7 database view or the Constituent Code expires when the clock strikes midnight.

Additional Scenarios:
  • If I have one code on my record:  NXT Web view will use that code regardless of if the dates are current or not
  • If I have two codes on my record:  The first expired, the second current - NXT web view will pull the second code that is current
  • If I have two codes on my record:  The first current, the second current - NXT web view will pull the first code
