When viewing email statistics in the Appeal BBIS Email Data List on Mailings tab of an Appeal in CRM, you might notice that the Open rate is a different percentage than the Open rate shown in the BBIS email message report.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1) After sending out an email message to hundreds or thousands of recipients, go to Marketing and Communications > Appeal search > Search for and open the appeal used on the email job > Mailings tab > Appeal BBIS Email Data List 2) Notice the Open rate shown for the email job. 3) In BBIS, go to Email > Messages > View report for the email 4) Notice that the Open rate shows a different percentage than it does in CRM
