The Open rate on Appeal record in CRM is different than the Open rate shown in the BBIS Email Report

When viewing email statistics in the Appeal BBIS Email Data List on Mailings tab of an Appeal in CRM, you might notice that the Open rate is a different percentage than the Open rate shown in the BBIS email message report.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1) After sending out an email message to hundreds or thousands of recipients, go to Marketing and Communications > Appeal search > Search for and open the appeal used on the email job > Mailings tab > Appeal BBIS Email Data List
2) Notice the Open rate shown for the email job.
3) In BBIS, go to Email > Messages > View report for the email
4) Notice that the Open rate shows a different percentage than it does in CRM
