You may encounter this error if your Calendar Event is set up in Luminate Online but the cross reference for is not yet set up. To resolve this:
  1. Navigate to Content > Events
  2. Select the Event List tab
  3. Enter the name of the event in the search field
  4. Click Filter Events
  5. Under the Actions column click Edit
  6. On the left hand navigation pane, select the Configure Cross References step
  7. Click the text under the appropriate header 'Click here to configure this cross reference.'
  8. Select the appropriate values to cross reference the event to the CRM
  9. Click Save
After this is complete, you will need to rebuild the QPM errors.
