- Navigate to Content > Events
- Select the Event List tab
- Enter the name of the event in the search field
- Click Filter Events
- Under the Actions column click Edit
- On the left hand navigation pane, select the Configure Cross References step
- Click the text under the appropriate header 'Click here to configure this cross reference.'
- Select the appropriate values to cross reference the event to the CRM
- Click Save
