We created a few event levels in LCRM, however, only a few of them are correctly syncing to Luminate Online as ticket types. How can we ensure all of our event levels sync to Luminate Online?
Only event levels created with the 'Attendee Level' Record type will sync. If an event level has been created with the 'Sponsor Level' Record type, it will not sync. Simply altering the Record type from 'Attendee Level' to 'Sponsor Level' will not allow them to sync. In order to ensure they sync they will need to be created from scratch with the 'Attendee Level" Record type. Also check that the the "Attendees Included" field on the ticket class in LCRM has been set to "1". After the ticket class syncs to LO it can be adjusted back to the correct number.
