Duplicates appear in the Not sent and Bounce BBIS email reports

When viewing the Not sent and Bounces sections of the BBIS email report, you might notice that duplicates are listed.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1) In BBIS, go to Email > Messages > View Report
2) Notice the number of Bounces and Not Sent.
3) Click the Bounces and Not Sent and not the number contained in the window and the csv is higher than the figures seen in Step 2.
