OpenEdge Graphical Client has Stopped Working when Running Compile FIMS CRM for Progress 11

When running Compile Compile FIMS CRM for Progress 11, the compile task does not start and the window with error, "OpenEdge Graphical Client has Stopped Working" appears listing the faulty module as 'mfc100.dll'.
This occurs due to the mfc100.dll being missing from c:\windows\syswow64. To resolve this, copy the mfc100.dll from either npo\dlc11\bin or npo\dlc11\netsetup and paste into c:\windows\syswow64.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Tools\System Utilities\FIMS CRM\Compile FIMS CRM for Progress 11
2. Click Compile FIMS CRM for Progress 11 to start the task and note the error below:
