Revenue is not picked up by Marketing Acknowledgement Process

Even after confirming that revenue exists in the universe and the exclusions do not apply, you might notice that a marketing acknowledgement process still processes zero records.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1) Create a marketing acknowledgement template.
2) Ensure that applicable revenue exists in the universe.
3) Run the marketing acknowledgement process.
4) Notice that the process runs successfully but zero records are processed.
