Guest passes repeat themselves on constituent records. When viewing guest passes on the constituent's record it shows twice
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue, its impact in the software, and the availability of an alternative solution. After careful consideration, we have determined that this issue will not be addressed currently in the Altru software. This issue is purely cosmetic and does not increase the number of guest passes that the membership can use in daily sales or the number of guest passes that displays in query. 

Steps to Duplicate

Add a membership with two members to a constituent record
  1. Click Constituents > constituent search
  2. Search for and select the constituent
  3. Click the add membership link in the upper left hand corner of the screen
    1. Choose the Program
    2. Choose the Level
    3. Choose the Term
    4. Add the second member in the "Who else should be included on this membership?" section
    5. Click save to complete the transaction
Renew the membership but pay for the renewal with the second member's constituent record
  1. Click Sales > daily sales
  2. In the patron search box search for and select the non primary member of the membership
  3. Click on the memberships button on the record
  4. Click on the renew membership button
  5. Add a payment to the order
  6. Click complete to complete the order
Review the Constituent record of the non primary member
  1. Click Constituents > Constituent search
  2. Search for and select the constituent
  3. Click on the Guest pass tab
