Users who work with Applications often pull them into their system using the Refresh button on their Pending Applications list. When a user clicks this button and is told that applications have come in, but does not see them, this can often cause confusion as the applications pulled in are not visible. There is a good chance that what occurred here is tied to Branch Security settings.
If you appear to have missing Applications in your Pending Applications list, there is a good chance that we will need to check on the Branch assignment of those applications and ensure that they are properly designated. If they are not, they fail to appear visible, which results in this behavior.
