End of support for CRM version 3.0

Blackbaud has announced the end of support for all Legacy versions of CRM which includes all versions 3.0 and older. CRM v3.0 extended support ended on January 1st 2018. 
Support will still answer general questions regarding these legacy versions but any product gaps or defects will not be addressed.  Anyone still on this version should be in discussions with Blackbaud teams to set an upgrade plan.
