Transactions do not appear in Online Express plugin after 01/30/2018 update

After the 01/30/2018 release of Online Express, some of our hosted users may notice that transactions made to their forms are not appearing in their Online Express plugin. 
As of 02/01/2018 1:00 PM EST, this is resolved. If you are still experiencing this behavior, please contact Support with the following information:

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge
  2. Click the Online Express plugin
  3. User receives notification email of transaction 
  4. Log into RE
  5. Click the OLX plugin
  6. Notice "Download Transactions" doesn't illuminate
