Once established Smart will pull the monthly amount due. We will only pull for the current month plus any late fees or bank fees.  We will not pull for any past due invoices. Parents must manually pay any prior balances.

Auto-debit Terms (Applies to auto-debit enrolled families only):
- An auto-debit will process on the due date authorized by the family.
- If due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the account will be debited on the following business day.
- If any such debit is dishonored, for any reason, Smart Tuition shall have no liability for any fees charged to by the financial institution.
- Smart Tuition will automatically reattempt any failed debits approximately 10 calendar days after their failure.
- The family will incur a failed bank fee and may incur a late fee 
-This authority will remain in effect until Smart Tuition receives written instruction to cancel auto-debit service.
