Content-Type: Application/unknown when uploading javascript file to BBIS

When uploading javascript file in BBIS it refused to execute script from the file because its MIME type ('application/unknown') is not executable. Strict MIME type checking is enabled.
This is a cosmetic issue which has no impact to the system.  You may use an Unformatted Text Part to reference the script, as needed throughout the site.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Click Site Explorer tab
2. Click Files
3. Upload javascript file
4. Add javascript file to a page receive error Content-type: application/unknown
