Our school does not want to have the invoicing payment method. We want all payments processed through automatic debit. How can we make this happen?
Schools can designate which payment methods to offer to families. If your school is opting to offer automatic debit only, please contact Blackbaud Smart Tuition (see below) prior to your next year's enrollment and we will update your settings.
Keep in mind that you will be responsible for alerting your families of the change to automatic debit only and to follow up with families that are not responsive.
New enrollments and re-enrollment through enrollwithsmart.com or through contracts will require families to enter automatic debit account information.
