If you do not have a Current Admissions Year set, this can cause the Payment Plans screen to not open. To set a Current Admissions Year:
  1. Navigate to Core.
  2. Select Settings > School Information > Years & Terms.
  3. Select your Admissions Year from the drop down.
  4. Click Edit to the far right of the school year.
  5. Set "Current Admissions Year" to Yes.
  6. Save.
Your Payment Plans settings screen should now open without issue.
