I had changed our roles so that we can see all areas of Altru. I added all system roles but there is now information I cannot see.
Ensure you have not added any system roles that start with the word Restrict. There are certain system roles such as Restrict Constituent Attributes and Restrict Personal Information that will prevent users from seeing specific areas of Altru. These roles will override any existing role that would give you access to these areas. To check
Go to Administration > Application Users
Find the affected user and click the dropdown arrow, then Edit
Uncheck any system role that begins with the word Restrict
