I want to obtain a list of constituents who initially were attendees for a Ticketed Event, but then couldn't make the event and had their tickets cancelled.
Currently, there is no built in functionality to identify event attendees whose tickets were cancelled either with or without a refund. When tickets are cancelled, an interaction is not recorded to the database. Because no interaction exists, there's no way for a report or query to identify these constituents.
