Blackbaud Mobile text fundraising service will stop sending messages on 31st March 2018.

All support provided by Blackbaud for Blackbaud Mobile for Text Fundraising will become unavailable after 31st March 2018. This includes phone support, e-mail support, chat support, online support resources, documentation, online knowledgebase articles, related online community posts etc.

Please note: This change will not impact any other Blackbaud products or services that your organisation may utilise.

Please work directly with your Blackbaud Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to transition to another vendor by the end of March 2018.

Since InstaGiv provides the technology today that underpins Blackbaud Mobile, you may choose to work with InstaGiv to transfer to a direct contract.
